Can I get a refund on my order?

If your event is cancelled or your athlete was not able to play due to injury then a refund may be issued with a doctors note, otherwise all sales are final

Refund Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued except in the case and event is cancelled or affected by weather. First Scout reserves the right to issue refunds and/or credits on a case by case basis should an event be canceled, postponed or otherwise altered due to weather. First Scout will provide a full refund in the case an event is completely cancelled prior to the start of that event. If games are shortened due to weather, no refund will be issued but First Scout, at it’s own discretion, may opt to issue a partial or full credit good towards any First Scout service depending on how much play and filming time is effective.
If your athlete is injured and cannot attend the event, your package will be refunded 100%
