How do I download the footage?
To download the footage, click the "Download" button below the video and click on the download arrow on the next screen.

- We highly recommend Google Chrome Web Browser. It's free and is the most reliable browser for downloading video. Get Chrome here
- Login to your First Scout account and visit your "Video Library" by going to my.firstscout.tv
- Depending on your web browser you can download in one of the two following ways....
- Click the three white dots in the bottom right of the video and choose "Download"
- Click the "Download" button below the video you want to download
- On the subsequent screen, right click (or hold command + click on a mac) and choose "Save Video As" or "Download Video As"
- Click the three white dots in the bottom right of the video and choose "Download"
- Note: These are large, HD video files and will take a while to download to your hard drive depending on your internet bandwidth.
